The plans for my new project are coming together slowly but surely. I’ll just say this for now: if you don’t write poetry but you read it, and you want to participate in the new project, shoot me an email at rachel [dot]bunting [at] gmail [dot] com. I’ll explain all the details via email.

In the meantime:

I sent out two submissions last night, to Barn Owl Review and Apparatus Magazine. I have a list of about eight more journals I’d like to sub to in the next week or so; I have a loose goal to send out two more tomorrow night, then four over the weekend, and two early next week.

I heard back from Our Daily Sonnet, and I’ll be recording a sonnet for future posting there. Not sure which yet (though I’m angling for 57 or 113), though I’ll be sure to post a link when it’s ready. And yesterday, I randomly found this weird and funny Shakespeare game, which amused me to no end.

And finally, if you haven’t seen the new show Glee, you really are missing out on something hilarious. Jane Lynch as a villain is spectacular, and Jessalyn Gilsig manages to make even a neurotic, selfish, control-freak wife look cute.
