I got word today that Relief: A Quarterly Christian Expression has accepted three of my poems for publication. A nice treat, since I just opened a rejection email from Rattle the other day. Relief is a print journal, so if you want to read them, you’ll have to subscribe, or at least buy the issue I’m in.
Or (she says slyly) you can wait for Imprimatur, which is coming, I swear. I have to finish – BJ’s already paid for his. But I’ve decided to wait awhile, and attempt to publish most of the poems included in the collection; I’m hoping it won’t take as long as one might think, especially now that Relief‘s taken three of them (including “Magnificat,” my favorite of the bunch).
